Once payment is made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to carefully review their options before committing to a plan.

2. Tangible & Digital Products

For any tangible or digital products purchased through Jerrit Judie Company that we do not own directly, refunds are handled by the company that owns the product. Jerrit Judie Company is not responsible for refund processing for third-party products, and it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the product’s manufacturer or vendor regarding returns or refunds.

3. Sales Outsourcing Contracts

Refunds are not available for sales outsourcing contracts once they are signed and work has begun. All fees, including the onboarding fee and monthly retainer, are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made for future months of service with a 30-day notice.

4. Special Circumstances

While our general policy does not allow for refunds, exceptions may be considered in extraordinary cases at the discretion of the company. Clients should contact us directly to discuss any exceptional situations.
